Well, I started today. And came to 3 conclusions. My neighborhood is too hilly and I need to find a level spot to run. Pine pollen sucks. I am totally out of shape and my asthma is not as well controlled as I thought it was. I only made it about halfway through the podcast. BUT, I have roped friends into doing this with me and plan to restart on Monday.
I have to admit that the podcast I linked in my last post is not the best. The speaker is great…it’s like having a personal trainer/motivator right there in your ear, but the music is techno and I just can’t deal with that for half an hour. So when I got home, I came in and went searching for something I would like better. I found a couple different ones and I plan to download both and alternate them to get some good music options!
I also found this that explain how to make your own.
So with all of those, surely I will find something I can listen to and not get bored or go crazy!
