Today we made the trek to Asheboro to celebrate my oldest son’s birthday a few days early. We took him to the zoo for the first time on his 1st birthday, so it was fun to get some photos of him with the same statues as that first time. I haven’t uploaded them yet, but hope to do that tomorrow. Should be interesting to compare!
We have a zoo membership and just love it…SO worth the money! I just hope we can afford to renew next year. I think we figured out the cost of it is justified if we only take 2 trips to the zoo during the year. Can’t beat that! It’s only about an hour away and it’s a nice zoo. If you haven’t, take the trip (we always go up Hwy 42, which is Carbonton Rd.) and check it out!
