I’m sure everyone has seen this video, but this is another song that makes me want to get up and just move. The kids love it, too!

    This video always amazes me!! I am so uncoordinated and clumbsy that I get on a treadmill to just walk normally (and at a nice slow pace) and I have to really concentrate and hang on to keep from tripping myself up and get hurt!!! ha-ha-ha
